Like Rahul, Jaydev Unakdut, who was part of the Indian squad for the World Test Championship final, has also been ruled out of the IPL. The condition of his shoulder is also very serious.
A source in the Cricket Board of India (BCCI) aware of the matter said on the condition of confidentiality, “Lokesh Rahul’s scan will be done at the medical facility designated by the BCCI in Mumbai.” Along with his case, Jaidev’s case will also be looked into.
When someone gets this type of injury, there is a lot of pain and swelling in and around that area. It takes about 24 to 48 hours for the swelling to settle down and only then you can do the scan.
